The November Nine, of the WSOP are...

After I went to bed last night after covering what I could of the Main Event, the players were headed off for a break. As you can imagine play has become very tight. Play continued after that, obviously without me following along. They continued on and as the approached the next break for dinner, at which time there were only 14 players remaining with an average stack of 9,778,000.

In the countdown to the final 9, which is where play will end until the the final table reconvenes, later so as to create suspense. Gert Andersen was eliminated in 14th Place for $463,201.

Nicholas Sliwinski was eliminated in 13th Place for $463,201, by Dennis Phillips who had flopped a King high flush.

Chris Klodnicki was eliminated in 12th Place and takes home $591,869.

Joe Bishop is was eliminated in 11th Place for $591,869. The details of the hand that did it were a bit brutal. Joe Bishop had moved all-in for 2.4 million. Chino Reem called from the BB and showed 2h 2c, while Bishop held Ac 3h. The flop came Ah 3c 5s, which was good for Bishop. The turn was a blank, Qc. However the river brought the 4h, giving Chino Reem the WHEEL!

According to the folks over at PokerNews.com all the players redrew for their seat at one table as follows:

The button will start in Seat 4, with Ylon Schwartz. Shuffle up and deal!
