The winner of Event 28 - $1,500 No Limit Hold'em is Mike Eise. He takes home the top prize of $639,331 and his first WSOP bracelet. To get there he had to battle his way through the 2,641 player field. Congratulations!
The final heads up matchup of Event 29 - $10,000 World Championship Heads Up No Limit Hold'em will begin today at noon PST, when John Duthie and Leo Wolpert face off to decide the champion. The difference between 1st and 2nd in the event, aside from the gold bracelet, is $625,682 for 1st and $386,636 for 2nd.
Day 3 of Event 30 - $2,500 Pot Limit Omaha will see 9 players return to finish things out at 2:00pm PST. Two of the big names still in this event are JC Tran and John Juanda.
Day 3 of Event 31 - $1,500 H.O.R.S.E. will reconvene today at 1:00pm, when 23 of the starting 770 return to play it out. Everyone who returns is guaranteed a $5,906 at minimum, but the top spot offers $247,033 to victor. Some big names still in this thing, include Joe Serock and Vanessa Rousso.
Day 2 of Event 32 - $2,000 No Limit Hold'em finds 220 players returning to battle it out for the bracelet.
Day 2 of Event 33 - $10,000 World Championship Limit Hold'em will also return today. 116 players remain of the 185 who started, and at the moment Jennifer Harman is on top of things in the chip lead.
