Event 34 - $1,500 No Limit Hold'em comes to and end and we find Eric Baldwin the last of the 2,095 players with ALL the chips. He takes home the WSOP gold and $521,932. Congratulations.
11 players remain of the 363 who began Event 35 - $5,000 Pot Limit Omaha, currently Sorel Mizzi is in the chip lead. The ultimate winner of the event will take home $409,484 and the bracelet.
In Event 36 - $2,000 No Limit Hold'em 213 of the 1,695 players return for Day 2.
Event 37 - $10,000 World Championship Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo 8-or-better will resume today as well for Day 2 when 110 of the 164 starting players return to the felt.
Only one event is scheduled to debut today, Event 38 - $2,000 Limit Hold'em. Cards to be in the air at noon.
